The right to culture should be equal for all. I am committed to the manifesto and in helping to have conversations and make change within the cultural landscape for all. With my larger exhibitions I try to create welcoming, friendly environments with different routes to learn about the exhibitions and artists involved, as well as programming events for a range of different audiences. Access and inclusion are really important to myself and the gallery I run (Jennifer Lauren Gallery) that champions and supports deaf, disabled, neurodivergent, learning disabled and self-taught artists from around the world.
