A visit to The Postal Museum includes family-friendly and interactive exhibitions and an immersive ride on Mail Rail, London’s secret Post Office underground railway. Throughout the visitor journey we aim to be fully inclusive and are committed to providing a welcoming, engaging and accessible experience for all.
The Postal Museum strives to provide inclusion and accessibility best practice through an evidence-based approach to delivering the museum offer underpinned by collaboration with experts and our target audience. This enables us to identify barriers to engagement and deliver a targeted response.
Our approach to accessibility was recognised by being awarded Best Accessible Museum at the Kids in Museums Family Friendly Museum Award 2021.
